The warehouse itself is set within a gated enclave of warehouses, which forms a creative hub of artists and designers. There is a communal courtyard with some patio furniture for summer lunches and secure bike racks. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and a NESPRESSO machine. There is a toilet but no shower. The studio is furnished with four large (2.4mx1.2m) desks on trestles, four small under-desk drawer units, and two large freestanding shelving units. There are no chairs supplied.
