This centre is a recent conversion of a former miner's welfare club into modern self-contained office units. There are both large and small spaces available, benefitting from natural light and a number of amenities such as private toilet and kitchen facilities. These spaces also benefit from gas central heating and Cat-5 computer cabling, and are covered by a mutual fire and intruder alarm system.
