An attractive period building, this centre was originally built as a castle about 1200 AD and has been modified substantially in the early and late-eighteenth century and again in the nineteenth century. Apart from being home to a variety of businesses it is also the venue for various meetings and conferences, weddings and celebrations, as well as an annual summer fair.
