This centre is a modern office facility built in 2006 with offices spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a café serving food from 9.00 am through to 2.30 pm daily. There are also meeting/conference rooms on the ground floor which are available to be hired and cater from 2 to 72 delegates. The building also benefits from a manned reception (8.30am to 5.00pm), with high quality finishes throughout. There are waiting areas on each floor allowing your visitors comfortable areas to stay while they wait to be seen, there is a passenger lift, male and female toilets facilities on each floor and a shower on the ground floor.
